Tournament at Hidden Cove Rescheduled for August 15

After the Kentucky PGA Junior Tour's Series Tournament at Hidden Cove Golf Course was canceled because of weather on Sunday, May 9, the Tour and Hidden Cove have found a date to host a rescheduled edition of the tournament. The new date for the event is Sunday, August 15. This will make Hidden Cove part of the Fall Series schedule, which means the 15-18 and 14 & Under Divisions will play 9-hole rounds rather than 18-hole rounds. As a result, this means players and families have the following options with proceeding in this event:

  • Players who signed up for the tournament on May 9 and DO want to play on August 15 - Players in 18-hole divisions will be credited $20 to accomodate for the price change with this now being a Fall Series tournament and remain listed in the field. All other players will see no change in their payment accounts as 9-hole and 6-hole players will be unaffected.
  • Players who signed up for the tournament on May 9 and DO NOT want to play on August 15 - Players will be issued a full refund (minus service fees) ASAP and removed from the tournament field.
  • Players who did not sign up for the original tournament on May 9: Registration will reopen and be open to all players interested in competing.

Players who had signed up for the tournament on May 9 can reach out to Michael Vick, PGA via email or by calling (502) 243-8295 to indicate what option they would like to take with the rescheduled event.
